Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Deposits

All bookings require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. Your spot is not secured until the deposit is received.

Cancellation Schedule

More than 120 days before retreat start

Full refund minus the $1,000 deposit

90–120 days before retreat start

50% of total retreat cost refunded (deposit non-refundable)

60–89 days before retreat start

25% of total retreat cost refunded

Less than 60 days before retreat start

No refunds

Transfers & Replacements

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another qualified participant. Notification must be provided at least 14 days before the retreat. UNPACK will assist where possible, but the replacement participant is the responsibility of the original registrant.

Travel Insurance (Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays to protect your investment.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that UNPACK must cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. UNPACK is not responsible for airfare or additional travel costs.
